To personalize your pen or journal, select a font option from the dropdown menu and enter your desired name or phrase in the personalization box. A preview will be autogenerated for your review. Character limits will vary based on the selected font.

The typical turnaround time for custom engraved products is 3-5 business days, but is subject to vary based on order volume, specifically during the months of April-May and November-December. Bulk orders and specific customization requests may extend turnaround time as well.

Yes, each pen in a set can have different customizations for a small fee. This fee will be displayed on the screen at the time the order is placed.

While we encourage creativity, we cannot engrave content that is offensive, illegal, or violates copyright laws. Please ensure your text adheres to these guidelines. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem inappropriate or otherwise harmful.

We are able to engrave basic emojis, including a heart and smiley face. For questions about a specific design, logo, or font, please reach out via our contact page before placing an order.

Once an order is placed, changes to personalization cannot be made. Please double-check your entries before finalizing your order.

Returns of customized products are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or with incorrect engraving. Please submit any order issues through our Contact page. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
